Welcome to the Highland town of Brora (Scottish Gaelic: Brùra) in the county of Sutherland on the north east coast of northern Scotland. Approximately 60 miles north of the Highland capital city of Inverness.

 

Brora is serviced by a primary school, Brora Primary and Community Learning Centre both situated on Johnstone Place, and a Public Library on Gower Street. The Doctors Surgery is in Station Square, the Chemists on Victoria Road, a Co-operative food store in Fountain Square.

 

Brora also has a National Rail railway station and a small number of local Churches.
